The Happiest Place on Earth!!

The day after the baptism we went to Disneyland. We had so much fun with Grandma, Uncle Matt, Aunt Alicia, Grace and Claira. Everyone was pretty tired from the festivities of Halloween, traveling, the Baptism and a big party the night before. But we still managed to have some really great memories.

Noah and Darth Vader(or as Rex calls him Dark Mater) in the Lego store. Yes, he is made out of Lego.
Rex and R2-D2. Lego again.
Walking Downtown Disney. We couldn't pass up this photo op.

The highlight of the entire trip was seeing Rex with Goofy. For a couple weeks I had been calling Rex "Goofy". When he saw Goofy in Toon Town he had to see him. We thought that once it was his turn to get his picture that he would shy away, oh no, he walked right up to him and gave him a giant hug. When he turned around he was lit up like a Christmas tree, grining from ear to ear. He hasn't stopped talking about it since.
Goofy was so sweet to him. He sat down on the step and kept hugging him over and over again.

Noah, Elena, and cousin Grace in the treehouse.
Noah had fun in the Pirate Ship. He thought he was the Captain.
I just love this picture of Rex. He is sitting on Grandma's lap.

Having so much fun!!!
Everyone has to go on the TeaCups. This is Noah, Rex, Claira, and Grandma.
Thank you to Rebecca for making some wonderful memories with the kids. They loved having you there. Disneyland is a great place to experience the joy in a child's heart. It will probably be a few more years until we go back, but that's what makes it exciting everytime. We had a wonderful, eventful week. I think we all need some rest.

That is so crazy that we just barely missed you! We should have had you leave us a secret note somewhere and we could have found it. haha. I'm glad you got to end up going though...that is the cutest goofy picture! So cute that he sat down to hold Rex!
